Aperture operates primarily as a service provider to business customers who use the Services to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates.
Depending on the context:
- Aperture acts as a data processor when processing candidate data on behalf of business customers; and
- Aperture may act as a data controller for limited purposes such as service improvement, analytics, security, and AI model training.
Candidates should first contact the organization that invited them to an interview for requests related to hiring decisions or deletion of application data.

3.1 Information Provided by Business Users
We may collect personal information provided by business users, including:
- name and contact information;

- job descriptions and hiring criteria;
- resumes and application materials uploaded to the Services;
- communications with Aperture.

Aperture does not generate biometric identifiers or perform facial recognition.

AI-generated outputs are intended for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
